Full-stack F&B platform: IMS - POS - SEO on Go/Gin + PostgreSQL

End-to-end platform I'm building for my own F&B venture: Angular-based IMS for day-to-day ops, a SvelteKit POS optimized for fast cashier flow, and an Astro site for SEO/content marketing. Backend is pure Go (Gin) with PostgreSQL, fronted by Nginx with Redis caching and MinIO object storage; everything runs via Docker Compose.
